| Who is the Corporation for National Service? |
| The Corporation for National Service is a federal corporation that provides opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to serve their communities. CNCS is an organization that oversee’s Senior Corps, AmeriCorps and Learn and Serve. Volunteers and members can serve with a variety of organizations and agencies to meet critical needs in four primary areas. The four primary areas of need are: Education, Environment, Public Safety, Homeland Security and other Critical Need areas. | Is there a listserv for Tribal Programs? |
| Yes. CNCS has sponsored a variety of listservs for various groups. For a description of what a listserv is, go to the National Service Resource Center (NSRC) website. They are located at: http://nsrc.etr.org. Once there, click on electronic discussion groups. NSRC list a variety of sponsored National service websites.Interested Tribal organizations can subscribe the Tribal CNS listserv by sending a blank email to join-cnstribes@lists.etr.org. This discussion group provides updated information on CNCS activity related to Tribal Programs. |

| I forgot my password on WBRS. What do I do? |
| Programs should contact their Parent Tribal Organizational Director (PTOD) and ask them to reset their password. If you are the PTOD for your program, and you need to know how to reset a password, you can access the online help manual in WBRS (http://wbrs.net) (section 3.4 of the help manual) or contact Mr. Brian King at ACKCO (using the Contact Us button on the website) for guidance. If the PTOD needs their own password reset, then you will need to contact CNCS via phone at 202-606-5000. |
